Socket, spray technology, RD2

At this object in Langen we waterproofed about 100 m² in July by spraying with RD1 Universal.

To do this, the customer first sandblasted the concrete surface to remove residues of formwork oil and cement paste. Our PB gantry sealing tape was then incorporated at the base together with RD2 The Green One. As the object consists of cavity walls, a scratch coat of RD1 was first applied to the surface to prevent the formation of bubbles. To reinforce the waterproofing, we installed our glass silk fabric GS98 in the area of the component joints.

Finally, RD1 was applied to the entire surface by spraying.

Time required for spraying: 2 hours and 15 minutes for a good 100 m²!
