New Head of Customer Service at Botament

As of 01.09.2021, Ms. Nicole Idczak (46) has taken over as team leader of Customer Service at Botament. Previously, she had been an executive assistant at the company since March 2020.

Before starting her work at Botament, the trained industrial clerk worked for a well-known textile manufacturer. Here, as project manager, she was responsible for process management and supervised the introduction and optimization of the ERP and merchandise management systems.

In her position as Team Leader of Customer Service, Ms. Idczak will be responsible for the organization and process optimization of Customer Service, as well as the digitalization of business processes within the department.
